Delete your Dragon Power account
Dragon Power is developed by PimSpace Pty Ltd. If you created an account with an email and password to enable cloud save, you can request permanent deletion of that account and its data here.
- 1Enter the email address associated with your Dragon Power account.
- 2Submit the form. We send a confirmation link to that address.
- 3Open the confirmation link. Your account and its data are deleted within 3 business days.
Your TaleSprout account, cloud-saved progress in every game on the address, linked third-party portal identities, and associated personal data.
Only what PimSpace Pty Ltd must keep for legal or security reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy (Section 9: Your Rights & Data Choices).
Progress stored locally on your device is not affected by server deletion — clear it by uninstalling the app or clearing site data in your browser. You can also email support@pimspace.com to request deletion instead.
