This Privacy Policy applies to TaleSprout (talesprout.online), a global web gaming portal and player account platform published and operated by PimSpace Pty Ltd ('PimSpace', 'we', 'us', or 'our').

TaleSprout connects players and games worldwide within the PimSpace ecosystem, enabling seamless account linking, cross-portal progress tracking, verified leaderboard score submissions, and consistent player identity across games.

By accessing or using TaleSprout, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Account Credentials: When you create a player account, we collect your email address and display name. Passwords and authentication tokens are cryptographically hashed and never stored in plain text.

Linked Portal Identities: When you choose to link a third-party game portal identity (e.g., Poki, CrazyGames, GamePix) to a TaleSprout account, we store provider names, player display names, avatar URLs, provider user IDs, and verification timestamps on our servers. Standalone embedded builds operating without backend connectivity do not transmit or store provider identities on PimSpace servers.

Gameplay & Leaderboard Activity: When participating in games connected to TaleSprout, we record score submissions, run durations, game slugs, leaderboard keys, timestamps, and ranking statistics to maintain accurate worldwide leaderboards.

Technical & Diagnostic Data: We collect standard request logs, device/browser information, IP-derived country region for server routing, session expiration markers, and rate-limit diagnostics to secure the platform.

We do NOT collect precise GPS location tracking.

We do NOT access your personal contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.

We do NOT collect advertising identifiers or track your browsing activity across unrelated third-party websites.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Embedded Builds Overview: An embedded build is a version of a PimSpace game played directly inside a frame on a third-party website or web game portal rather than on talesprout.online. Embedded builds require no TaleSprout account and are fully playable without registering or signing in; the paragraphs below describe when a build does or does not contact PimSpace servers.

Host Portal SDK & Identity: Embedded builds load the host portal's software development kit (SDK) to integrate with the hosting platform. If you are signed in to the host portal, the portal's SDK may provide your public portal display name and avatar so the game can display them locally during your session. PimSpace does not create an account or store this identity on server infrastructure. The host portal's collection and handling of your portal profile are governed entirely by that portal's own privacy policy, which you should consult.

Local Game Progress: Game progress, level completion, settings, and language preferences on embedded builds are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage) on the game's origin. This data remains on your device, is never transmitted to PimSpace servers, and is erased if you clear site data in your browser. No cloud save capability is provided on these standalone builds.

Backend Independence & Fair Play: Standalone embedded builds do not contact any PimSpace backend services or APIs. On these builds, no TaleSprout leaderboard score submissions, global rankings, backend logging, or account linking take place.

Third-Party Portal Advertising: PimSpace does not serve advertisements within standalone embedded game builds. However, certain host portals or aggregator channels may load their own advertising SDKs or display advertisements around or within the game frame under their own terms and policies. Any such advertising is delivered directly by the host portal or its partners under the portal's privacy policy, not by PimSpace.

Connected Builds — Cloud Progress & Optional Email Sign-Up: Certain embedded builds, such as those distributed through game aggregator portals, connect to PimSpace backend services. On these builds, an anonymous guest identity is created automatically and your game progress is synced to PimSpace cloud storage so that it persists across play sessions; no email address is collected for this sync. These builds may also offer an optional in-game email sign-up. If you choose to sign up, we collect your email address and a password (cryptographically hashed, never stored in plain text) to create or access a TaleSprout account, and your previously synced progress is linked to that account so you can continue on other devices. Signing up is entirely optional and the game remains fully playable without it.

To operate the global TaleSprout portal, manage player account sessions, and present account state.

To link game progress securely across supported portals and return players to originating games.

To submit, validate, aggregate, and render global leaderboard scores while enforcing fair play.

To process transaction status for any current or future premium entitlements or subscriptions.

To detect fraud, prevent abusive score manipulation, resolve support requests, and comply with legal obligations worldwide.

If you purchase premium portal features or subscriptions, payment processing is handled entirely by authorized third-party payment platforms (such as platform stores or web payment gateways).

PimSpace Pty Ltd does not directly process or store raw payment card numbers. We receive only transaction confirmations and entitlement status necessary to unlock features for your account.

Because TaleSprout serves players worldwide, your information may be processed and stored on secure cloud servers located outside your home country.

PimSpace Pty Ltd enforces server-side proxy lookups, strict return-origin validation, and encrypted database infrastructure to protect account data.

While we take strong precautions to safeguard your data, no online transmission is 100% secure. We encourage players to use strong credentials and keep device access secure.

TaleSprout is intended for general audiences aged 13 and above (or the minimum age of digital consent required in your jurisdiction). Users under 18 must have parent or legal guardian permission.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If you believe a child provided personal information without permission, please contact us immediately.

You may sign out, manage, or unlink third-party portal identities from your account page at any time.

Depending on your region, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your personal data held by PimSpace Pty Ltd, subject to legal and security retention obligations.
