Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Agreement') govern your access to and use of TaleSprout (talesprout.online), a global web gaming portal and player account platform published and operated by PimSpace Pty Ltd ('PimSpace', 'we', 'us', or 'our').

By accessing, registering, or using TaleSprout, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. TaleSprout is available to players worldwide.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age of digital consent required in your jurisdiction) to create a TaleSprout account.

If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to create an account and use TaleSprout.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@pimspace.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

PimSpace Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

Games and third-party web portals (e.g., Poki, CrazyGames, GamePix) can direct players to TaleSprout to link gameplay progress to a PimSpace account. Always confirm game identity and account details on the confirmation screen before completing a link.

External games and third-party portals operate under their own terms of service, privacy policies, and moderation systems. PimSpace Pty Ltd is not responsible for third-party content, platform rules, or external service outages.

PimSpace Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject or invalidate session links that are expired, already consumed, unauthorized, or malformed.

When playing games integrated with TaleSprout leaderboards, gameplay statistics and score metadata are submitted to PimSpace Pty Ltd to render global rankings.

You agree not to cheat, use automated tools (bots, scrapers, macros), manipulate API requests, spoof session tokens, tamper with scores, or submit data not generated through legitimate gameplay.

PimSpace Pty Ltd reserves the right to investigate, hide, remove, or ban any leaderboard entry, score, or linked account found to violate fair play standards.

TaleSprout may offer premium portal features or subscriptions. Prices are displayed in local currency as determined by the payment provider.

Purchases made on web applications are processed through authorized third-party payment processors. Subscriptions (if applicable) renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date through your account settings.

Refund requests for web purchases are handled in accordance with our payment processor's refund portal or by contacting support@pimspace.com.

You agree not to: (a) use TaleSprout for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble platform software; (c) overload, attack, or disrupt TaleSprout servers; (d) misrepresent your identity; or (e) submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content through player display names or avatars.

TaleSprout, the PimSpace platform, code, visual design, and trademarks are the exclusive property of PimSpace Pty Ltd. Connected games and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

You grant PimSpace Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your display name, avatar, linked identities, and leaderboard achievements as required to operate the TaleSprout service.

TaleSprout is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law worldwide, PimSpace Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use TaleSprout.

PimSpace Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of TaleSprout after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
